Midnight Spaghetti

Midnight spaghetti presents “Notte dell’Amaro” , a collaborative event with Spirito Santo, a South Australian small batch liqueur company creating ‘unconventional, European-inspired, late nite spirits’. Our head chef will create a one time only 3 course dinner matched to Spirito Santo’s eclectic selection of liqueurs. Expect to see pasta with some new twists, botanical amari’s, cocktails, snacks and more during the evening, the evening will be presented by Louis Puglies.

Join Laura Di Martino as she discusses her book Cremona House – An Italian Migration Journey: 1905 – 1950. From ice cream empire to enemy alien, meet enterprising Carlo Bodoni as he leaves his rural origins in northern Italy to become a well-known businessman and philanthropist in Adelaide of the 1920s and 1930s.
