Vendor Application Form

The Adelaide Italian Festival Board is inviting expressions of interest from all food vendors who would like to be part of our Signature Events this year. The following opportunities are available

 Festival Opening Night at the Festival Plaza on Friday 1 November, where we are expecting 6,000 attendees between 5pm – midnight with a range of family activations, DJs, live music, and more! 

 Autoclassica at the Festival Plaza on Sunday 3 November between 10am – 3pm, where we are expecting to attract thousands to come and enjoy the best display of Italian vehicles in South Australia! 

Expression of interest closes Friday 30 August 2024.

Please note vendors will be selected by the Adelaide Italian Festival Board based on alignment with event objectives. Vendors will be charged to participate and will be provided with event details including infrastructure requirements, bump-in and out schedules, etc., when their application has been accepted.
